A virus has reached the minds of our educators, spreading the epidemic of ozone fraud. This virus is fueled by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), American Lung Association (ALA), American Cancer Society (ACS), and the American Heart Association (AHA) and it is believed by everyone. These agencies have spent megabucks of our tax dollars and donations on air quality both outside and inside, but their bias reports are everything shy of the truth. Ozone is Mother Nature's purifier which eliminates cigarette smoke, harmful viruses, fungi, mold and mildew, dust mites, germs and bacteria, pollens, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, chemical gases, benzene and many other contaminants from the air.

Take smog for an example, Webster's Encyclopedic Unabridged Dictionary of the English Language states that "smog is a mixture of fog and smoke" and "haze, is an aggregation in the atmosphere of very fine, widely dispersed, solid or liquid particles." The EPA material said that the major component of smog is ozone and that ozone is harmful to your health. The pollutants couldn't be the harmful substances, could they? Ed McCabe, "Mr. Oxygen", internationally acclaimed speaker, media representative and expert author of several books, stated, "This is like blaming the police for the crimes because they are the first on the scene." Let me explain McCabe's statement. One way ozone is manufactured is when ultraviolet rays (UV) from the sun collide with a contaminant. This manufactures ozone which eliminates them. In Los Angeles, carbon monoxide, nitric oxides, and many other pollutants are emitted into the atmosphere by autos and industry. When the UV rays collide with these contaminants an abundance of ozone is crated to destroy those given pollutants, this happens only for a short time. As the contaminants are reduced so is the ozone production (Mother Nature's way of cleaning up the air). Her rural areas have .025 parts per million (ppm) to .O3 ppm of ozone as an essential part of naturally clean air.

Webster's Dictionary states that ozone is "clean, fresh, invigorating air." Mc Graw Hill Encyclopedia of Science and Technology 7th edition implied dangerous levels by describing "ozone gas-decidedly blue and both liquid and solid ozone are an opaque blue-black color, similar to that of ink." Also "Compared to chlorine, bacterial and viral disinfection with ozone is up to 5,000 times more rapid." Brujos Scientific Inc, Industrial Hygiene and Toxicology, Baltimore, MD, applied numbers to the above reference to identify the toxic levels. "Ozone is considered as in normal concentration below 80 parts per billion (ppb), in high concentration over 100 ppb and in extreme high concentration when over 500 ppb."(Note: 80 ppb = .08ppm) "The review of over 4500 abstracts, found no references for clinically observable lung function changes at less than 80 ppb after short term acute exposures." Is ozone located in the stratosphere or atmosphere still the same ozone? The agencies are describing ozone to be good at one heiht and bad at another. Bear in mind that both of these books and report have got to be wrong according to the material printed by the government agencies and their allies.

Now look at it this way: ozone, like a beach, is large amounts of sand; therefore, 03, ozone's smallest denominator, would be the grains of sand that make a beach. The agencies must be referring to the beach quantity (ozone) in their publications as to deliberately mislead and scare the public. But, there is much to be said about this O3 business (small quantities). There are hundreds of books, articles, documents, and studies on this subject alone that also must be wrong for them not to be recognized by the government agencies and their allies. In St. Louis Schools, Dr. Stewart's studies documented that classrooms with a constant generation of O3 have a 230% less absent days than those without.

Talking about Mother Nature's ozone in the air that you breathe, the ALA prints material like these: "In studies of animals, ozone exposure has been found to increase susceptibility to bacterial pneumonia infection" and "Other studies of children in summer camps and adults exercising outdoors, opposed to a laboratory chamber, suggest that lung function decreases even at ozone levels equal to or below the current health standards." Remember that approximately 1% of all your donated money goes to the cause and approximately 99% is spent on high salaries, lobbying and law making. The American Heart Association and others are doing the same thing.

The EPA said that they want to tighten the ozone standard to .08 ppm instead of .09 ppm. They must have a way to stop Mother Nature from doing her thing. The National smog alert is .12 ppm according to the Indoor Air Quality Information Clearing House. The agencies are clearly implying that these levels are "toxic to man, in liquid, solid, and decidedly blue gas concentrations." Occupational Safety and Health Association's (OSHA) standard is ".10 ppm average for an eight hour day exposure to factory workers and .30 ppm for short term exposure." According to EPA this would mean that all factories are at a smog alert level! As I see it, contaminants produced in Los Angeles when mixed with UV's cannot produce a dangerous level of ozone. Again, is it the pollutants that are causing health problems, not the ozone? EPA uses scare tactics again about ozone creating "nitric oxide." Nitric oxide is produced only by extreme heat with open spark from combustion engines and the burning of fuels. Nitric oxides destroys ozone! (http://www.nobel.se/announcement95-chemistry.html)

Dr. Yehia Hammad, Professor of Environmental and Occupational Health at the University of South Florida, stated in St. Petersburg Times, Dec. 29, 1995, "ozone machines generate toxic air." Remember, this is not what Webster's Dictionary says.

Again, similar statements were made in a separate insert of the Sunday's St.Petersburg Times July 1996 titled Air Quality. "Ozone causes reduced lung efficiency, chest pain, coughing, and congestion." This is only one newspaper of hundreds publishing the same "beach quantity" information produced by the agencies to scare the public with more ozone fraud.

This virus has reached epidemic proportions!! Magazines like Consumer Reports are printing this fraud. For instance, in August 1997, Is Our Air Clean Enough. Associate Professor of Environmental Epidemiology, Joel Schwartz, at the Harvard School of Public Health stated: "The biggest increase we find on high air-pollution days is in people dead on arrival at the hospital." The following statement: "Two significant contributors to these effects are ozone and particulate matter." This clearly suggests that ozone is not only harmful but deadly. Now who is the culprit in this case, the writers, the magazines, the professors or their sources? The president of Consumers Union, Rhoda H. Karpatkin, states, "We are a comprehensive source for unbiased advice about products and services…. And other consumer concerns." "Our staff of researchers and editors bring you in-depth information on matters that effect your health, your money and well-being." In my opinion, I don't think so!

Our company, Care Tech Industries, Inc., Seminole, FL, address Indoor Air Quality And Sick Building Syndrome, practicing the art of usingO3 with air. Care Tech starts in a building by taking air quality sample in a medical petri dish, sending it to a medical laboratory for a full report including a colony forming unit (cfu) count of many life threatening contaminants in that air. On the medial issues, as far back as the 1800's, Dr. Edward Carl Rosenow authored 450 medical papers explaining that 35 diseases could be eliminated or controlled by taking an abundance of oxygen into the body. Well, he was onto something. Oxygen is O2 + O1 = O3 which is concentrated oxygen.

The journal of the Dade County Medical Association, which was published in the U.S. in 1885, implied "that intra-venous O3 gas is extremely safe and effective against all infections."

Ozone therapy was widely accepted by the top medical authorities in the United States from 1900 to 1932, until Dr. Fishbein became head of the American Medical Association (AMA). Fishbein set out to eliminate all competition to the pharmaceutical industry by suppressing ozone therapy. Fishbein is the one that started this virus by utilizing government agencies to deceive professors, teachers, and media, to deliver ozone fraud to the American people. Of course AHA, ALA, ACS and like associations are running neck to neck with this fraud.

In 1931, Doctor Otto Warburg, won the Nobel Prize, for establishing that when O3 is introduced into the bloodstream, it converts itself to oxygen, hydrogen peroxides and other beneficial free radicals that seek out diseases and actually destroy them.

Nearly 50 years later the prestigious journal, Science, Vol. 209, 22nd of August 1980, published a paper entitled: Ozone Selectively Inhibits Growth of Human Cancer Cells. This paper dealt with the exposure of human lung, breast, and uterine cancer tissue to O3 at concentrations of .30 ppm to .80 ppm. They stated that this level was well within the non-toxic limits. In the experiments, normal human cells were not effected at these levels. The lungs? Agencies say "ozone destroys lung tissue".

The World Ozone Conference has been held over the past 29 years, and has continuously attracted doctors and scientists from all over the world. Russia sent several medical scientists to the conference held in San Francisco in 1993 to present their years of documentation on O3 applications in medicine for the world to use. Dave Sterling, the author of Oxygen & Ozone Therapies spent many years of gathering and compiling data and other information regarding ozone and making it free to the public. One could "camp out" on his home page, especially, in the files area where there are now over 600 files that document time, date, place, and studies including the formulas for using ozone as a medicine. If anybody, Sterling deserves the Nobel Prize for his research and dedication.

In addition, The Congressional Research Committee found that the EPA used somebody else's studies, didn't like some of its findings, omitted that material, then altered the rest of the documents to suit their needs, in regards to secondhand smoke being carcinogenic. It isn't! If you or I altered government documents, we would be doing hard time.

In light of this, for years the FDA have had studies and documents that fluoride is a cancer causing chemical, but they approved it in your drinking water, toothpaste, and in the dental industry. Why? FDA defrauds ozone even after executive heads have taken their families to Germany for ozone/oxygen therapy treatment in the past when FDA themselves outlawed ozone treatment in America. Former President Reagan received ozone treatment for cancer when he was in Germany in 1986. In 1976, FDA declared ozone a "toxic gas with no medical uses" via publication in the Federal Register. Get the picture? Ozone is SAFE for our leaders but lethal to the American people.

Amazing that the FDA will not recognize over 5,500,000 patients that have been, and are treated daily in numerous other countries and now in America with ozone/oxygen therapy. "On July 26, 1994 New York state passed an Alternative Medicine Practice Act, thereby joining Alaska, North Carolina, Washington, And Colorado. The new state laws protect medical doctors who practice alternative therapies, such as ozone and EDTA from losing their licenses." Since that time other states have done the same. Today there is a list of doctors in 16 states that practice ozone/oxygen therapy with overwhelming results, and hundreds in other countries.

September 1997, Channel 10 News, Tampa, FL announced that one-third the U.S. population had turned to alternative medicines. September 1999, the announcement was over 50%. For years other countries have performed therapeutic applications of O3 in the treatment of circulatory problems, decubitus ulcers, some forms of cancer, AIDS, viral diseases, wounds, scars, burns, gangrene, liver disease, and hepatitis. The doctors that gave those applications believe that O3 is the only substance known that is a virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, protozoacidal, and cancericidal..

Our teachers, professors, media and other educational authorities, that we once trusted, are carriers of this virus. Sadly, our tax dollars are financing this epidemic of ozone fraud.
